What a transaction is
A transaction is one line on a business bank or credit-card statement that is coded or checked during the service month. A transfer between the customer's own accounts counts once. A sales invoice or supplier bill counts against its own allowance and is not counted again when the same movement appears in the bank feed. Payroll, catch-up months, extra entities and work above the stated limits are outside the fixed fee.
Exceeding a limit does not create an automatic charge. Catch-up, payroll and BAS lodgement are outside these monthly fees.
Questions about the packages
Are the published package prices final?
Essential is $249, Business is $399 and Business Plus is $649 a month when the workload fits those limits. GST is not added. Checkout is available for a fitting monthly package. Work outside the limits is quoted separately.
Does the price include GST?
GST is not included and is not added. The business is not registered for GST.
Can I be charged more if I go over my limit?
Not automatically. The system flags the extra work and waits for a quote, an upgrade or a written authorisation.
Will you ask for my bank password?
No. Bank feeds and accounting-software access use the provider's own invitation or authority process.
Are you a BAS agent or tax agent?
That is not claimed unless a verified registration is recorded in the compliance register. Bookkeeping and regulated lodgement are separate.
When does the work start?
After payment is verified where a paid engagement applies, and after the required onboarding information is accepted. Payment alone does not start the work.
How do I cancel?
You can request cancellation in the portal. It is recorded against the end of the period already paid for, unless a reviewed agreement states another condition. Any fee is disclosed before you accept it.
Where are my documents stored?
In private storage, not in the public website. Downloads use a signed, expiring link and an access check.
